The mind behind Disorder.
Disorder was founded in 2020 by Anastasia Katzika, whose marketing journey began years earlier as an independent professional.
Anastasia studied Marketing at the University of Macedonia and continued her education in Digital Marketing. Her work spans brand strategy, creative direction, social media, and digital communication.
Her longstanding connection with hospitality, nightlife, and music has also influenced the way she looks at brands.
Years behind the DJ decks taught her how to read a room. They also taught her something marketing often forgets: timing and atmosphere can change everything.
In 2024, she was recognized as one of the winners of 20 Under 40 Social Media, an initiative by Marketing Week and Boussias Media recognizing professionals making an impact in the industry.
Today, she leads Disorder’s strategy and creative direction with one belief: every brand deserves its own voice, not a slightly different version of someone else’s.
